EGG ROLL MAKING

It is beautiful and well okay recipe. In Nigeria, Egg roll is one of the best eatable flour production that is very popular. children and adults love to eat and to take water or soft drinks along with it most especially for lunch.
This egg roll is made from flour and easy to priduce if only you can be patient in doing it.
In this study, we are going to learn how to make egg roll with ease without stress, just follow the procedure.
THE RAW MATERIALS
Quantity of egg will determine the measurement of flour to be used.
The raw materials needed are:
1. Flour
2. Nut-meg
3. Baking powder
4. Butter
5. Eggs
6. Powder milk
7. Sugar
8. Water
9. Rolling stick
PROCESSING
These are the steps to take in making egg roll. (For 4 Eggs)
1. Level Derica of flour in a bowl.
2. Add Nut-meg
3. Add baking powder
4. Add butter (2 Adult spoon).
5. Add one egg
6. Mix them together.
7. After mixing, add powder milk (It might not necessary atimes)
8. Add sugar (1/2 Tin).
9. Mix them together.
10. After thorough mixing, then cut and put egg inside and roll it with hands.
11. Put it on hot vegetable oil
12. Start turning it until it gets brownies of your choice.
NOTE: Don't allow the vegetable oil to be too much hot so that it can be roasted up to inside.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Egg Roll is done and ready to eat.
