CHIN-CHIN MAKING

CHIN-CHIN is one the best eatable things in Nigeria. Best and fast selling product which both young and adult prefer to eat.

This same CHIN-CHIN is good for entertaining visitors with soft drinks at home and other places as well.

Now, we want to learn how to make CHIN-CHIN in a easiest way and you must ready to get it.


WHAT ARE THE RAW MATERIALS NEEDED FOR CHIN-CHIN?

1. Flour

2. Sugar

3. Butter (Simens)

4. Eggs

5. Powder milk

6. Nut-meg 

7. Baking powder

8. Baking soda

9. Rolling stick

10. Mix milk flavour

8. Vegetable oil

No more, no less.


PROCESSING

1. One Derica of flour in a bowl.

2. Add butter (half)

3. Mix together until it mixed thoroughly well

4 .Add baking powder (One baby spoon)

5. Add baking soda - mix together

6. Add 2 eggs

7. Add mix milk flavour

8. Add nut-meg

9 Add salt (Pinch)

10. Add sugar

11. Add Powder milk

12. Mix together with little water until it hard little.

13. Then, use rolling stick to roll it flat on a flat and neat object.

14. Then, start cutting it into pieces.

15. After that, leave it in the sun for a while.

16. Then start roasting it on hot vegetable oil.

17. Turning it until it get to brownies colour. Then it is done.

CHIN-CHIN is now ready to eat.
